Publisher Bandai Namco and developer Tamsoft have released the gameplay overview trailer for Bleach: Rebirth of Souls.

Unique Battle Mechanics and Strategies

“Wielding swords that personify their soul, Soul Reapers now jump into battle,” the trailer narrator explains. “Utilize each character’s unique Zankensoki action to cut down your opponent’s Reishi. Cutting down one gauge of Reishi decreases your opponent’s Konpaku. After damaging your opponent, unleash your Kikon Move and destroy several of your opponent’s Konpaku. Destroy all nine of your opponent’s Konpaku and win the game."

Spiritual Power and Special Moves

"Using the spiritual power accumulated while attacking, unleash a special Spiritual Pressure Move. You can also activate Reverse Action while attacking and defending. Turn the tide of battle with well-timed combos. In the midst of battle, accumulated power brings you to an Awakened state. Unleashing your true power will overwhelm your opponent!”

Available Platforms and Release Information

Bleach: Rebirth of Souls will be available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam. A release date has yet to be announced.
