First Gameplay Reveal:
Every Expedition Is a Race to Escape
Players venture into dangerous forbidden zones to gather supplies, uncover treasure, and investigate the truth behind a mysterious catastrophe. Every expedition ends with a race to reach the Gate of Life, where only those who escape alive can keep the rewards they have collected.
Unlike traditional battle royale games, 《诡影藏锋》 does not feature a shrinking play zone. Instead, each match lasts around 15 minutes, emphasizing exploration, resource gathering, and successful extraction over simply being the last player standing.

First-Person Melee Combat
Rather than relying on modern firearms, combat revolves entirely around traditional melee weapons, including swords, sabers, and other close-range arms. Every weapon features its own attack speed, reach, and fighting style, making positioning, timing, and weapon mastery the key to survival.
Players can also choose from multiple combat schools inspired by Chinese folklore. Each school offers distinct abilities, allowing players to manipulate enemies, launch stealth attacks, or overwhelm opponents through aggressive close-range combat.

A World Inspired by Chinese Mythology
The story takes place in a kingdom inspired by ancient China after a devastating catastrophe known as the Shadow Calamity. Once-thriving settlements have fallen into ruin, leaving behind abandoned villages, forgotten temples, and ancient residences.
As the boundary between the human world and the underworld collapses, supernatural creatures emerge across the land, transforming every expedition into a journey through a world steeped in Chinese mythology, folklore, and supernatural horror.

Steam Page Now Live
The Steam store page is now available for wishlisting, while applications for the upcoming PC playtest are open through the official website. The first playtest is scheduled to begin on August 7.
