New MMORPG SpiritVale Early Access Release Set for 15 July 2026
Developer and publisher Baikun Interactive will release SpiritVale in Early Access for PC via Steam in Q3 2026. The free-to-play online RPG draws inspiration from classic MMORPGs while introducing modern action combat, flexible class progression, and cooperative multiplayer systems. A playable demo is currently available on Steam.
Designed as a community-focused online adventure, SpiritVale aims to capture the exploration, progression, and social interactions that defined earlier MMORPGs. Players will explore a fantasy world filled with monsters, bosses, dungeons, and equipment while developing unique character builds through classes, cards, and gear progression.
Inspired by the Classic MMORPG Era
SpiritVale takes direct inspiration from the online RPGs that helped define the genre's early years.
Rather than emphasizing fast-paced seasonal progression or heavily instanced gameplay, the game focuses on long-term character development, cooperative exploration, and meaningful player interaction. The goal is to recreate the sense of adventure and community that many players associate with classic MMORPG experiences.
This nostalgic foundation serves as one of the game's strongest differentiators within today's MMO market.

Create Unique Builds Through Classes and Cards
Character customization sits at the center of SpiritVale's progression system.
Players can choose from multiple classes and develop their own playstyles through a combination of equipment, abilities, and more than one hundred collectible cards. These cards provide additional customization opportunities and allow players to experiment with different combat strategies and character builds.
The system encourages long-term progression while offering flexibility for players who enjoy optimizing their characters.

Switch Classes and Experiment Freely
Unlike many traditional MMORPGs, SpiritVale includes a class-switching system.
Rather than creating multiple characters to experience different roles, players can change classes and explore alternative playstyles within the same adventure. This approach reduces progression barriers while encouraging experimentation with different builds and combat approaches.
The feature also helps players adapt to various group compositions and gameplay situations.

Team Up for Monsters, Dungeons, and Boss Battles
Cooperative gameplay is a major part of the experience.
Players can join forces to explore dangerous areas, defeat powerful enemies, and challenge large-scale bosses throughout the world. Success often depends on teamwork, character builds, and effective use of class abilities.
The multiplayer structure reinforces the social elements that inspired the game's design philosophy.

A Fair-to-Play Approach to Online Progression
Baikun Interactive has stated that SpiritVale is built around a fair-to-play model.
The developers aim to avoid pay-to-win systems, keeping character progression tied primarily to gameplay and player effort. Monetization is expected to focus on optional purchases and cosmetic content rather than direct power advantages.
This philosophy is intended to support a healthier long-term MMO environment while preserving competitive and cooperative balance.

Preparing for Early Access Launch
SpiritVale will enter Steam Early Access in 15 July 2026 as development continues to expand the game's content and systems.
At launch, players can expect multiple classes, extensive equipment options, card-based progression systems, numerous maps, challenging bosses, and a growing fantasy world designed for cooperative adventures. Early Access will also allow the development team to gather player feedback and refine future updates.
