On June 4, developer and publisher NEXON announced that Sudden Attack: Zero Point will host its Final Closed Beta Test on Steam from July 8 to July 13. The free-to-play FPS remaster of Sudden Attack will add a dedicated North American server during the test period, with participation available to registered players in eligible regions.

Sudden Attack: Zero Point is a tactical FPS focused on precision shooting and team-based combat. Players are expected to rely on accurate aim, map awareness, and quick reactions during its fast-paced matches. The game also features simplified controls and a streamlined interface aimed at making its core mechanics easy to pick up while supporting competitive play.

The Final Closed Beta Test will introduce additional content and gameplay features, including 13 primary weapons, four secondary weapons, more than 200 exclusive weapon attachments, 36 shared attachments, weapon skins, and 10 playable characters. Available modes and maps include two CQB maps, four Bomb Defusal maps, a practice mode, Bot Team Deathmatch (TDM), and Bot Bomb Defusal Mode.

The Final Closed Beta Test will feature several in-game events that allow players to earn in-game items. Any rewards acquired during the test will not carry over and will be removed at the end of the playtest period.
