Cozy Mining is designed as a desktop companion, featuring a cozy visual style and simple idle gameplay. Players can send miners out with just a few clicks. While you work, browse, or relax, the miners automatically explore, dig, and gather resources in the background. When you return to your computer, a collection of mysterious treasure chests will be waiting to be opened, offering the excitement of revealing surprise rewards all at once.
The game focuses on a stress-free experience. There are no punishing failure systems and no constant clicking requirements. Instead, players can enjoy the steady rhythm of pickaxes striking stone and watch their small mining team work hard on their own.

Explore 1,000 Layers and Discover 20 Unique Minerals
As players progress, they will dig deeper and deeper into the world, eventually reaching a depth of 1,000 layers. Across different mining regions, miners can collect 20 types of minerals, ranging from common copper found near the surface to the legendary Orichalcum hidden in the deepest levels.
Collected ores can be used to forge new pickaxes and improve mining efficiency. Players can also equip accessories to enhance six core attributes: Mining Power, Movement Speed, Mining Speed, Critical Chance, Luck, and Maximum Health. In addition, permanent upgrades can be unlocked, allowing progress and improvements to carry over into future runs.

Five Adorable Animal Miners
Cozy Mining features five charming animal miners: a mole, dog, cat, hamster, and rabbit. These companions freely roam the surface world, spending their time wandering, resting, and celebrating their achievements. Unlocking additional miners helps bring more life and activity to the player's miniature world.
Built for the Desktop
Cozy Mining was created specifically as a desktop companion. The game supports a transparent background, adjustable opacity, and an always-on-top display mode, allowing it to blend naturally with any desktop wallpaper. Whether you're working, studying, or simply relaxing, your miners will continue digging quietly in the corner of your screen.

A free demo of Cozy Mining is available now on Steam, with the full version scheduled to launch in the second half of 2026.
