Developed by Incineration Productions, Everything is Gun! is a retro-inspired RPG-FPS that aims to deliver fast-paced, old-school shooter action on Linux and Windows. Players take on the role of a life-sentenced prisoner forced to fight for survival in a series of deadly battles. The game is currently planned for release on PC via Steam in Q4 2027.

Everything is Gun! launched on Steam on May 29, and early wishlist data suggests the game has attracted attention from players across multiple regions. Japan currently leads all territories, accounting for nearly 30% of the title's Steam wishlists, while the United States follows at 23%. Interest has also been strong in several major gaming markets, including China, Russia, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, and Spain. The numbers point to a broad international audience ahead of the game's release, highlighting its appeal among players around the world.

Everything is
Gun! is set on A1-KTRZ, a deteriorating prison planet framed as the stage for a high-stakes intergalactic reality show. Within this setting, human consciousnesses are uploaded into  "Uplift" battle suits, which are used as part of the program's lethal entertainment structure broadcast to a massive audience.

Players are deployed into industrial, hostile environments characterized by constantly shifting level geometry. Because maps are procedurally reconfigured after each death, progression cannot rely on spatial memory. Instead, survival depends on fast reflexes, precise air control, and advanced movement mechanics such as bunny hopping. Each encounter is presented not as a static level, but as part of an evolving, high-intensity combat scenario designed around constant motion and repeated failure.

The prison's defense systems actively respond to player performance to maintain constant tension. If a player clears areas too quickly, the environment adapts in real time, coordinating lethal flanks and deploying aggressive hunter units, while the game's soundtrack dynamically adjusts to match the intensity of combat.
