Developed by Goblinz Studio, Infamous Keepers is a tower defense roguelite that returns players to the darkly humorous world first introduced in Legend of Keepers. The game is scheduled to launch on PC via Steam in Q1 2027.

In Infamous Keepers, players take on the role of a newly appointed dungeon keeper. By building defensive towers and deadly traps, sending employees to the front lines as expendable cannon fodder, and personally dealing with surviving intruders, players must defend their territory against wave after wave of invasions.

The story begins during a crisis within the Dungeon Company. Following large-scale layoffs, the magical portals connecting the various dungeons have been shut down, leaving keepers isolated and forced to survive on their own. Management is closely monitoring your performance, and your future depends on whether you can keep your position or be replaced by someone more capable. If a group of heroes breaks through your dungeon’s defenses, your career as a keeper may come to an end.

The gameplay combines classic tower defense mechanics with roguelite-style progression systems. Players must strategically place traps and defensive structures throughout dungeon corridors, building layered defenses to stop incoming heroes. However, traps alone are not enough. Managing your monster workforce is equally important, as monsters can be assigned to slow enemy advances or reinforce defensive buildings.

After each battle, the strategic layer expands further. Players can recruit new monsters, unlock upgrades, trade resources, and occasionally make morally questionable management decisions in exchange for rare advantages. Every run introduces new variables, including random events and evolving enemy lineups, ensuring that no two dungeon defense battles unfold in exactly the same way.

As the final line of defense, the Keeper can unleash powerful spells and abilities to eliminate any survivors that reach the dungeon core. Over time, players will grow stronger, refine their strategies, and transform their dungeon into a deadly profit-making machine feared by heroes across the kingdom.
